It provides diagnostic kits, such as EP-vCJD blood screening test for the presence of variant creutzfeldt-jakob disease prions in human blood based on its Epitope Protection technology; and Liver Cancer Screening Assay, a blood-based assay for early detection of hepatocellular carcinoma or primary liver cancer. These diagnostic kits detect low concentrations of misfolded aggregated proteins in a diseased patient sample. The company also offers the Amorfix Aggregated Aβ Assay, a service that detects aggregated Aβ in cell culture, plasma, and brains of AD mouse models; and various custom assay development services, which address the need for immunoassays for diagnostic and research purposes. In addition, it provides reagents, including antibodies and peroxynitrite used in the development of Amorfix assays by the research community.
