Its products include Monarch, which transforms structured text files into a live database that users can sort, filter, summarize, graph, and export to other applications; Monarch Data Pump, which provides information delivery and data extract, transform, and load capabilities in one automated solution; Monarch RMS, a Web-based report mining and analysis solution that integrates with any existing enterprise record management document or content management archiving solutions; Monarch BI Enterprise Server, which provides Web-enabled report storage, transformation, and distribution; and Datawatch Dashboards, an interactive dashboard solution that gives various levels of users a visual overview of operational performance, as well as the ability to monitor specific business processes and events. The company also provides Datawatch Business Document Server, a document archive system that stores text, images, data streams, and unstructured content with file compression and encryption. In addition, it offers Visual QSM, a Web-enabled IT service management system, which incorporates workflow and network management capabilities, and provides Web access to multiple databases while enabling customers to interact through browser; and Visual Help Desk that provides Web-based help desk and call center solution, as well as iMergence iStore, a report management solution, which manages computer-generated reports, mines the data contained in them, and allows users to interactively merge and transform them into new reports.
