As of March 1, 2011, the company served approximately 28,500 customers through 67 full-service facilities across 24 states in the West Coast, Intermountain, Southwest, Gulf Coast, Southeast, and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. H&E Equipment Services was founded in 1961 and is headquartered in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
