The company owns approximately 91,870 net acres in the Appalachian Basin, including approximately 56,595 net acres overlying the Marcellus Shale area; and operates 32 vertical and 3 horizontal Marcellus Shale wells. It also has approximately 23,075 net acres primarily targeting the Eagle Ford Shale oil window; and working interest in 15 fields located in the Williston Basin in North Dakota comprising 151 wells and approximately 6,540 net acres. In addition, the company owns interests in approximately 2,000 operated wells and 87,000 net mineral acres located in the states of Kentucky, Ohio, and West Virginia; and 182 miles of natural gas pipeline, 2 commercial salt water disposal facilities, 3 drilling rigs, and work over rigs. As of December 31, 2010, its proved reserves comprised 13.4 million barrels of crude oil equivalent.
