As of December 31, 2010, it had proved reserves of 201.7 billions cubic feet equivalent and operated approximately 2,110 wells. The company has a joint venture agreement with Summit Discovery Resources II, LLC and Sumitomo Corporation, which fund 80% of the company's net drilling and completion expenses; and with Stonehenge Energy Resources, L.P. to build a high pressure gathering system and cryogenic gas processing plant in Butler County, Pennsylvania.
