The company engages in the design, development, manufacture, and sale of heat transfer products, including heat exchangers, pre-coolers, evaporators, oil coolers, and cold plates; heat dissipation equipment, such as cooling chests, heat sinks, and old walls; and aviation and flow control accessories comprising fuel components, such as valves and pumps, secondary power systems, and various instrumentation and electronic assemblies, as well as environmental control systems and cooling systems, including ground cooling systems used in military facilities, tents, vehicles, and other military applications. It also offers vapor cycle air conditioning systems used in light aircraft; mobile cooling and air conditioning solutions for military applications, such as mobile command and control units, command and control vehicles, armored vehicles, mobile broadcast units, and mobile hospitals; and air conditioning systems for light airplanes and helicopters. In addition, the company offers motion systems and other electro mechanical solutions for the defense, aerospace, and industrial markets, such as electric motors, actuators, alternators, drivers, stabilized payload control systems, propulsion motors, starter generators, blowers, and turret and gun control system motors. Further, it remanufactures, overhauls, and repairs heat transfer equipment; and provides maintenance, repair, and overhaul services for auxiliary power units, propellers, landing gears, and related components. The company was formerly known as Galagraph Ltd. and changed its name to TAT Technologies Ltd. in May 1992. TAT Technologies Ltd. was founded in 1985 and is based in Gedera, Israel. TAT Technologies Ltd. is a subsidiary of TAT Industries, Ltd.
