Cash ROIC

Cash Return on Invested Capital (CROIC) is a metric that shows how much cash a company can generate based on each dollar it invests into its operations. It identifies which companies are doing a good job of reinvesting cash for growth or if it's retaining cash when it should be reinvesting it elsewhere.

CROIC = Free Cash Flow / Invested Capital x 100%
